We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or purchase third-party marketing lists. We do not collect payment information on this website — payments are handled in person.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your booking request or inquiry
• Schedule and confirm your junk removal appointment

We retain your contact information for up to 90 days following your service appointment, after which it is deleted from our records. We do not maintain a customer database or CRM system.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you contact us by text or provide your phone number and request SMS communication, you consent to receiving text messages from ClearHaul related to your service request. This includes appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow-up messages about your job.

We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently use cookies, third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), or advertising trackers. If this changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be displayed.
